“My hubby takes four and I take two. It has really helped with sleep, twitches and restless legs. I like being able to take them in 100mg increments if I need to. I like this easily absorbed version of magnesium.”

“Magnesium is great for my legs (I have RLS), but I couldn't deal with carbonate or oxide (recommended by my doc). This is the only thing that helps!”
