“The Sibelius Ultimate programme was very difficult to download and I have used Sibelius before. There seemed to be no coherent and helpful link between DS and Avid and the latter were virtually impossible to contact. The whole process assumes that the customer has previous experience with downloading this type of software. The backup was trying to be helpful. but wasn't in actuality. In the end I had to ask an extremely experienced person to make the download. Also, why do you ask the customer to pay first and then require detailed proof of identity?”
