“I bought this for my son nearly two weeks ago and the download code still has not worked. DS Music answer was to contact AVID customer service which we did. So far we have with emails going back and forth and there's been no answer on from the customer service number and the issue is still unresolved. I I would understand some difficulties if we were trying to use the software on an old computer; it's a brand new surface pro. I feel as if I've been duped out of £250. NOT IMPRESSED! I would give zero stars if possible.”
