“I ordered a Roland Keyboard from DS, and was quoted a delivery within five days. I phoned after 5 days to check progress, but they were not able to provide an update on the delivery date. Over the following week, I phoned twice more, and was eventually informed that delivery was now expected in Five Weeks!!! I cancelled the order immediately and obtained the same keyboard from a shop in York, delivered the next day. My big complaint is that DS did not keep me informed of progress, nor did they seem to exert any pressure on the supplier to expedite the order. I have to say that DS were gracious and apologetic when I confronted them with my decision to cancel.”
