“I had symptoms of Covid-19 with severe chills and high temperatures on New Year's day. Could not eat for nearly two days. I took six of these daily with 2g Vitamin C, paracetamol, Vitamin D, lemon juice in warm water, sorrel tea and did steam inhalation twice daily.
