its not your fault but that of DPD!!
I have spoken to Codey and Catherine who have been excellent in trying to resolve the matter, however know one, including myself can get through to DPD.
Would I purchase from you again, that would depend on which courier provider you used, if it was DPD then no!!

“The machine itself is fine but the plug is broken. Wires out and it stopped working already. For such expensive piece of equipment you would expect an appropriate plug. Not happy.”
“The air movement fan was amazing and fit for purpose. Exactly what it said it did, it actually did and was really effective.
But I also have to add the experience purchasing the fans from the dust arrest team. Their service was extremely professional, helpful and efficient. I rang with quite a tricky order and need for next day delivery and it was met. Great company and would highly recommend them.”
