I specifically asked if they came with a power lead and was assured they did , albeit a small one so an extension lead was advised to make it more usable, sadly on arrival it didn't have a power lead supplied with it so couldn't use on our first day's work... your staff really should be upto date on the contents supplied so as not to leave items unusable”
