Unfortunately, when arrived, the unit was faulty (no fault of Dust Arrest), and they immediately tried to diagnose the problem with me, and when it was apparent that there was no fix I could do for the unit, they immediately had a replacement on hand.
Kristie was incredibly helpful, making sure I was in touch with the technical team, and explaining everything whilst being both friendly and concise.
