When we rung to tel them about the problems the sales person said “ yer there not a lot of cop you should have phoned us””

“I called to enquire about a Maxvac DW120 and Kristie clearly explained the options of the 110v and 230v machines and what the difference of the voltage use were useful for. She clearly and simply explained the difference in the use the filter system and how often you may require to change them both for wet use or dry use. Event when I had queries for using the machine, she didn't dismiss the question but suggest to investigate further to have an answer from the technical team to clarify all question raised. Kristie is very professional, helpful and had a can do attitude towards her role, a very good asset to the Dust Arrest.”
“It does the job of clearing any dry and wet spillages in the factory and the M class filter enables us to vacuum up fine grain dust and remain compliant with the relevant H&S legislation. It is a smaller unit than we have used in the past which allows easier access to the harder to reach places. It is also easy to empty and overall is great for the application we are using it for. I would recommend.”
