3.9 Rating 11 Reviews
I am delighted with the power and size of this unit. The brushes really help to remove dust, and the extraction very strong.

Haven’t had chance to use it much yet, but it’s a good vacuum. Very pleased with quick delivery & even though the first delivery was 110v instead of 240v, once I’d emailed it was dealt with immediately & a new one was delivered & the wrong one collected. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again..

Wrong voltage was delivered. 230V was ordered, 110V was delivered. Still waiting for the replacement.

Fabulous little vacuum! I bought it to hoover up the very fine brick dust after having a wall taken down (the dust was EVERYWHERE!) and it does an excellent job! I was looking an M-class vacuum with HEPA filter as brick dust is very fine and bad for your lungs and this was the only one I managed to find that ticked all the boxes at an affordable price. It's also very light at 6kg. AND it was the ONLY vacuum of this type that had a brush accessory - for some reason many of the other options don't supply this and I've heard this is an issue. I love its simplicity too - just one simple on/off switch, not lots of different options! A lot of people I spoke to (friends as well as trades folk) recommended the (red and black) H.... but I've never liked theses - I always found them to be expensive, heavy and unwealdy - this one is so much more preferable in those respects and does just as good a job! The other good thing is that the hose is nice and long so you can hoover the staircase without needing to carry the hoover up with you! The bag inside is big too so you don't have to keep changing it. Power-wise it's good - though I found it to be louder than normal domestic vacuums (it's fine if you're not using it very long) but with my heavy duty ear defenders on it wasn't a problem! All in all a fantastic little machine and I'd highly recommend it!

Not as good as I expected. Tool accessories are left inside the casing, so you have to take off the top and pull out the bag to get to them. In other manufacturers' designs, the tool accessories sit on the outside Also, the tube where it meets the bag blocks very easily. This is due to a slightly angled plastic guard to point the tube into the bag. Most hoovers of this type have a straight connection into the bag. So as a tradesman, who has to hoover everything from dust to small bits of rubble and debris, the small bits of rubble/debris will prove a problem. All in all, I've moved away from the Screwfix hoover, because they stopped selling the bags. Should have bought a Henry Hoover.
