Oct 3 - 14, 2026 | Join us as we explore the remarkable bird life in Southeast Brazil. The once-vast Atlantic rainforest holds a huge number of endemic species that we will be search for. We will spend lots of time at only a few sites, allowing us to counter the birding frenzy with enough downtime to be energized for the next outing! Prepare to be dazzled by the vibrant colours of tanagers, toucans, parrots, woodpeckers and hummingbirds. Then, get ready for the thrill of spotting many species of antbirds, antpittas, woodcreepers, tapaculos and ovenbirds that call this tropical paradise home.

“This was a great tour aimed at as many endemic species as possible, but we also saw many other birds that were lifers for me. The guides were outstanding and their ability to find a bird perched in the jungle was amazing. HIghly recommened.”

“A superb tour! The Atlantic Forests of southeast Brazil support a huge, species-rich avifauna with an astonishing array of endemic and rare, little-known birds. This tour covers much of this highly threatened ecosystem, with skilled and knowledgeable guides who were excellent in bird identification, especially by vocalization I\D.
