Sep 19 - Oct 5, 2026 | Our Eastern Australia birding tour samples a good portion of Australia’s scenery, avifauna and other wildlife. From the northeast, where we have a chance for cassowary, bowerbirds and platypus, to the southeast’s lyrebirds, fairy wrens, wallabies, albatrosses and penguins. A superb and exciting tour with mostly easy birding in comfortable surroundings – truly unforgettable!

“I really enjoyed this trip. I loved all the birds, the different habitats; the leaders were terrific. My only complaints were one place we stayed and the number of participants but we wouldn't have had the great second leader if we had had fewer participants-dealing with two vans was clumsy at times. I would highly highly recommend this trip.”

“This was an excellent tour that we thoroughly enjoyed. The only negative aspect to the tour was that some (2) of the participants were less concerned about making this a group experience than about their own expectations, needs and wants. This made it challenging and frustrating for both leaders and other participants.”

“I so enjoyed the tour and both leaders Barry Davies and assistant Mark were awesome. Not just with knowledge but in dealing with all the varied personalities in the group. Also the places they took us too and the bird life, so rich in scenery with great diversity of both flora and fauna. Written review forthcoming. Thanks for a most memorable trip Viveka”
