Excellent tour! We explored commonly visited as well as lesser known areas and saw a lot of species both migrating through and in residence. Highly recommend this energetic tour (early starts and lots of walking). Loved the whole experience—the guides, my fellow birders, the picnic lunches!

My Mom and I had an amazing time on this tour together and learned so much! Our Guide Tim was extremely knowledgeable, skilled, adaptable, and had such a fun personality and great sense of humour which made for many laughs along the way! He carried his telescope with him on our hikes too so that we could see so many of the birds up close! The bird banding stations and the boat trip to Long Point were really cool additions to the week. Being out in nature every day was so rejuvenating, and we saw so many new species (not to mention many beautiful sunrises and sunsets). Whether you're a skilled birder or just starting out, this tour is such a memorable experience and you will return with a renewed sense of wonderment for the world around you :)

This was our sixth trip with Eagle-Eye and it did not disappoint. Got to experience three lovely areas along Lake Erie and immerse ourselves in nature while also getting to see not only a good variety of birds in their colourful breeding plummage but also to see long-tailed weasles, voles, muskrats, bats, frogs, toads, turtles, snakes, rabbits, deer and butterflies. One of our highlights was a ferruginous hawk. Uncommon for that area. Our guides Matt and Daniel were fantastic. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the trip.

The tour met our expectations for a great birding trip. We learned lots and saw beautiful birds. We appreciated the guides for their expertise and knowledge. If we had gone to this area on our own, we likely would have been disappointed, not having expert guides to show us such a variety and number of bird species. The locations and trails were wonderful (forests, beaches, marshes, parks). The bird banding demonstrations at the Old Cut research station were not to be missed and played an important part in learning about current research. We met a great group of people from across Canada and some from the US. What a memorable, invigorating, inspiring experience.
