These arm rests from Beansprouts are reproductions of vintage ones, suitable for most open back banjos. They are made to match an 11" rim, but can be carefully bent to fit other sizes (including banjo ukuleles). Made in the USA. Currently available in raw brass only. Please see the video below for installation instructions. Can also be fitted in our workshop.

“The arm rest was manufactured for an 11" banjo but having watched a YouTube video I was able to adjust it to fit my 8" banjolele. Very happy with the outcome.”

“I fitted this myself to a Deering junior banjo. Easy job and it really does improve the tone quality and volume. I think this is because it stops the player resting their arm on the banjo skin, thus the full response is had from the top. I also suffer with a stiff shoulder, the slight adjustment to the angle of my right arm enables me to play effortlessly for longer. There is some choice in how high you set this when fitting it to the banjo,, again really useful with the stiff shoulder. Excellent. It looks very stylish as well.”
