“I have been using the earthing sheets for over 10 years now, and have had really great results. Because I use them all the time, it's hard to remember what it was like before BUT ... what I can say is that I have been away on holiday twice in the past several years for 10 day stretches, and forgotten to take the plug for my sheet and pillow.
Over those times I woke up more and more sore every morning, until I really struggled to get out of bed. I had badly inflamed soreness in my lower back and pelvic area and it would take me about two hours of moving around in pain before I could walk freely again. When I got home and plugged myself in, the soreness completely disappeared on the first morning. I intend to keep using them forever. I have just replaced the first two sheets I bought then, with two half sheets.
When you think about the cost of doctors visits, anti-inflammatories or the pain, it's a really small price to pay.
