Hi Jackson, thank you for your review. Just to confirm that we sent the size 37.5 as per the order. This is quite a small size, equivalent to about a 6.5 Australian size. You can see the link to our size guide below where we include a print-out template of the sizes, so you can try the sandals on virtually, as well as the foot length measurement in centimetres to try and make it as easy as possible for customers to order the correct sandal size online. There should have been a returns slip in the shoe box. We are more than happy to exchange the size for you.

All Earth Runners sandals are individually hand-made by Earth Runners in California. They have a rough-cut, rustic appearance around the outside of the shoe, as shown in the photos on our website. If they are not what you expected however you are free to send them back to us for a refund provided that the shoes haven't been worn outside. With best wishes from Earthing Oz
“Beautiful and Soft, also slippery I have to wear a hat to get it on my head though which is fine, not sure what it is doing but must be doing somethinh with all the silver threading though out, Be very careful with liquids, oils food and most probably alot of other things as the fabric stains and holds whatever has hit it...:(”
