“I just received my Blushield B1 Cube yesterday afternoon. Within seconds of plugging it in I felt a strange pressure release sensation almost a twinge in the area of my ear/jaw on both sides. This was followed by an immense sense of calm. It is very hard to explain the feeling, but it feels like all the chitchat inside my brain switched off, like a mental chatter or information processing feeling that was apparently constant, without my conscious knowing UNTIL I plugged in this cube. “I just purchased the Blueshield Premium Cube and am ASTOUNDED at the packaging. There's next to no padding to protect the Cube when in transit and no 'fragile' labels. A $1200 product and this is the way it's prepared for delivery? Poor form guys.”

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the way in which the item was sent to you. Packaging is something we look at very carefully at Earthing Oz, as there is an important balance to strike between protecting products in transit and not contributing to the overuse of plastic packaging. Blushield products are all very well protected within the Blushield box in which they are supplied to us. The Blushield Premium Cube is placed within a plastic insert in the box which prohibits movement of the device within the box during transit. The additional attachments and power pack are protected by a foam insert within the box. We insure the delivery and Australia Post handle the parcels carefully. Happily we've never had an issue with a Blushield Premium Cube becoming damaged in transit.
