Hi! Thank you for sending through feedback on the Over-Ear Headphones. The volume controls should definitely work with your iPhone. Sometimes this can be caused by a settings issue on the phone itself. Could you possibly try another set of headphones with your phone to see if you have the same issue? If so, it suggests that it is a settings glitch with your phone that you may have to speak to Apple about. If another set works fine, then it might indicate a problem with Over Ear headphones, in which case you are welcome to send them back for us to take a look at them.
