Hi there, thank you for your question. We are an Australian distributor of earthing products and receive the adaptor plugs from our earthing supplier in the UK but they are manufactured in China. We're not sure if there is anyone actually manufacturing the earthing adaptor plugs and earthing cords here in Australia. With best wishes from Earthing Oz
“The earthing prong from my device did NOT fit into the device that you supplied. Suggest that in future you specify the size of the prong that will fit into the adaptor plug that you sell. Am not able to use the Australian Adapter plug”

Our Australian adaptor plugs are intended for use with the wide range of earthing products that we sell and will definitely work with any authentic Groundology or Earthing.com products. If you purchased your earthing product from a different supplier however, then we can't guarantee the size of their earthing prong.
