“I've used this product for one week now - it is fantastic. I have noticed my sleep is deeper and I wake easier. I do not notice the mat under the sheet (cotton, fitted). The mat, as all other products I've ordered from EarthingOz so far, appears good quality - no fraying, no budget materials. In terms of anything else I notice using the mat, I do notice the parts of my body that are in contact with the mat when laying on it (with the cotton fitted sheet) feel warmer and more relaxed than usual. I am grateful I have made this investment, now I can look forward to at least 8 hours a day of earthing, when I find it quite difficult at times to achieve just 30 minutes given the standard busy hectic life we likely all lead in rubber shoes.
