On the first night I went to bed at 9.30pm ( normal time for me is 11pm ) and slept through until 5.30am. I did not need to go to the bathroom during the night which is astounding as that has been a regular habit for more years than I can count. Normally that is a minimum of 3 times nightly!!! I recently purchased two earthing mats. After a few days of use (about an hour a day) I noticed the improvement in my feet & reduced swelling in my legs. My lovely daughter bought me the mattress mat. I was excited to see if I would get the same improvement.
