“I have been using the earthing mat since i has arrived I believe I am in the detox phase as I have high inflammation before.
I will continue to monitor and use. Hopefully inflame will reduce over time.
I have tested the mat with my multimeter and it’s does ground and ground me when I touch it.

“The mat is a good product. At work, I put it under my keyboard & mouse. It makes me feel good despite the WiFi, to which I am sensitive. I also use a Blushield device to help protect me from the WiFi, and it does work, to a large extent, but I feel even better when I touch my grounding mat. At home it goes under my feet when I sit reading after work. The first time I used it in this way my feet tingled pleasantly, my breath became slower & deeper and I could feel my shoulders relax. The only thing I don't like about it is the fabric Earthing sticker which feels rough and is sometimes annoying.”
