“I love my mat absolutely love it and I have been using it daily. Unfortunately for me its not a good mat to practice Yoga on. The reason being is that I'm use to a very high level grip mat (Jade) and the Earthing Yoga mat gives me no grip at all and moisture also builds in my palms and feet. In saying this I also practice Yin Yoga which is a floor based practice .... the mat is perfect for Yin as grip is not a factor and the benefits of the earthing is amazing. Please don't be discouraged by my review because I encourage everyone to get one however if you have a strong yoga practice where heat/Agni is built up ...this is not the mat for you.”
“I love this earthing yoga mat. I use it for yoga and on our sofa. Also, on the floor whilst ironing and stationary chores and work. I have the earthing blanket too, however I find this more effective. Definitely recommend this mat.”
