“I received my package very quickly. However, 2 out of the five necklaces arrived broken. I have tried to contact earthing OZ, several times this week but I have not been able to get through.

So sorry to hear that two of the pendants were broken on arrival. They are very fragile so that must have happened during transportation. All five were intact when they left us.
