“Great case. Only draw back is the adhesive for the slide mechanism. Makes it very irritating for a quick change to a dash mount (magnet). If it used magnets instead, the case would be perfect. But I would not recommend due to its lack of versatility.”
Hi Emma, thank you for your review. The SafeSleeve Universal case is designed as a one-size-fits-all solution for all makes and models of phones (particularly those for which SafeSleeve doesn't make a custom-sized case). The reason it uses a slide mechanism is so that the phone can easily be slid up above the top of the case to take photos. Once the phone is stuck onto the adhesive pad, it is advised that you do not remove the phone from the adhesive pad at all. Doing so will mean that the pad will eventually lose its stickiness and your phone will not stay in place.
We sell SafeSleeve Detachable Cases which use a magnet for easy removal of the phone to use with a magnetic mount, such as a car mount. These are only available for iPhones however. With best wishes from Earthing Oz
