I don't buy any other Bully Sticks but these I trust these are very well cleaned and smoked so that there isn't any bacteria on them like others I have read they have found . I love that they smoke them for so long and you can smell the wonderful Maplewood. I freeze them for all my dogs and I buy the 50 pack so that they always have them. it helps soothe my little puppies teeth. These are wonderful! “My dogs love the Maplewood Smoked Bully’s! They are always incredibly excited for their Bully’s. That being said they are incredibly stinky despite the “smells great” advertising and don’t last as long as others I’ve purchased. However, because they are by far the most affordable bullies I’ve found and my dogs enjoy them so much I will most likely continue to buy them.”
Hi Stephanie, thank you very much for your feedback! I'm sorry our bully sticks were not as expected. We don't use chemicals in our Bully Sticks like most companies do, to make them odor-free. Instead, we smoke them in Maplewood for 72 hours to make the smell less pungent and enjoyable, but unfortunately, without using chemicals, the treat will always have a bit of an odor.
