“Great service from ESV - very quick and good value. The Intensity Shuttle came with very confusing instructions, on SD card, with hardly a mention of how to set it up and software that on first look seemed to be for different hardware. This is not an easy piece of kit to use for a non techy. Contacted Blackmagic customer support who rather unhelpfully simply told me to rtfm but politely!”
