Our FlowerColor Powder Eyeliner Refills are so easy to use wet or dry with a Q-tip or an eyeliner brush for the most natural looking, foolproof eyeliner. Just dampen an eyeliner brush and dip into the eyeliner powder. Gently glide liner brush over the base of your eyelashes, add a coat of our FlowerColor Natural Mascara and you’re done…beautifully! If you need a compact for your powder eyeliner, our Paperback Duo Compact or Paperback Single Eye Shadow Compact with Well would be perfect. Size: 0.05 oz. Made in the USA.

“My eyes turn red, watery, and often get infected with the use most commercial eye makeup. Natural is essential for me when it comes to make-up. I have tried another brand of high quality natural eyeliner (Rejuva) but it goes on a bit like a crayon, not very even lines, too waxy. I like using a shadow I can control with brush & water much better than a pencil, I have a lot more control. Another plus is it comes off easy which is also a plus for my sensitive eyes. The only reason I didn't give it five-stars was the size, it's half the size of anything else I've bought for the price and I wish the charcoal color was just a shade darker.”

“I wet my brush a bit and then dip and apply. Works great, lasts all day. Couldn't ask for more for a natural product! Love Ecco Bella!”

“I find most natural makeups don't last through the day-this does. This is is good as, if not better than MAC eye shadows (which I used to use as eyeliner). I got the blue and black. I use a bit of water on my eyeliner brush and dip in the product. Always a smooth, clear line. I've worn on my waterline, which doesn't last as long. But I can't get anything to last on the waterline. I will buy this forever!”

“I love this product!!! It's so wonderful honestly, it is!! I use this everyday and it's so perfect. It's super pigmented, lasts all day and contains clean ingredients. I have only tried the brown so far and I look forward to trying other colors in the future.”

“I have tried almost every "natural" and "hypoallergenic" eyeliner available at drugstores,trying to find one that didn't irritate my eyes... and alas, I came across Ecco Bella! This is a great product. I can wear it all day with no irritation or flaking. It goes on smoothly with a eyeliner brush, and a little bit of water adds a bit more precision. Under my eyes, it stays on all day with no smudging or smearing. On my top eyelid, it stays on well-- if you're expecting a dramatic cateye with this alone, you may want to seek an additional product. For everyday wear though, this is fabulous. I also appreciate that unlike other powdered eyeliners (like Bare Minerals), this doesn't have a "powder"-y texture-- it's more of a smooth, "wax"like consistency that doesn't make a mess on my face. Thank you Ecco Bella for amazing products!”
