“My first order I made was in December 2024, there was something out of stock but they rang to make sure that I was ok with this My second order was in January 2025, I order three of the bloody Bar twist 30k. 1 of them was not working as it should, emailed about it and was offered a replacement device or credit/refund. You are ever so good at keeping your customers happy and I for 1 will be back for more”
