“This Product is very poor for a steamcrave product and i expected better from steamcrave. Its worked fine for a couple of weeks but then started to have issue. The first issue i had is with the supplied batteries, ive used these types of batteries since 2000 for drone, boats and cars so i know enough about these batteries where i should not have issues , I own some of the best balance charges for these types of batteries and my newest one was only brought 2 months ago so should have been fine and it was for 2 weeks, however 1 of the batteries after 2 weeks is failing to charge, i have used different charges new and older model and i cant get the battery to charge, my charge is telling me there a short in the battery. Ive checked the leads and connection and cant see any visible issue. The 2nd battery supplied is still charging at current however this leads me to issue 2 Issue 2, when i use the 2nd battery the mod screen shows it at 100% however if i vape and it doesn't matter what wattage i use after 5 puffs the onscreen battery icon drops to 0% shows a weak battery message i cant do anything with it so i have to switch the device off and leave it for 5 minutes switch it back on and its works for 5 puffs then shows 0% again and stops working, now when i place this battery on a balance charger is show at 99%. i went online to see if this is a common issue or if there a possible fix and online says update the firmware, leading me to my 3rd issue. My 3 issue is the being a DNS mod i should be able to check and update the firmware using the software. i have several DNA mods and i update them when required, I can get the dna software to update this mod, I can see there a update but when i try to update i get a failure message, ive tried everyway to get this mod to update, i tried new leads confirming they have the data connection but fails no matter what I do. I have spoken to DNA and they say there a issue with the usb port,”
