“I actually brought this thinking I would maybe use it and then take the 100c board out and then retrofit it into something that had an FL80 in it. The price I paid was £10 less than the price of the board however after receiving it I realised it wasn’t as big as I was expecting and will probably just use it as an everyday banger.”
“It is true that there is a little play on the battery door and the three little buttons are loose/rattle but... ... That is only initially. The magnets get stronger once you take off and put back on the battery doo so the play on the door becomes less noticable. Also, the springs on the three little buttons relax with use and the rattle becomes less over time. So my advice is to stick with this mod. The irritations work themselves out the more you use it and overall the build quality is good. The price is amazing for a mod of this quality with a dna chip that takes 21700 batteries. Ticks all the boxes.”
“Brilliant little mod, and goes well with my Hadron Pro, and Plus models (I have a pair of Pros). I wouldn't think of getting it anywhere but EcigOne unless they couldn't supply it. Order for a gunmetal one coming up soon, and possibly a gunmetal Pro as well, if I can stretch to it. Type C is the only downside (an adapter would have been good to include so that I don't have to struggle around under the desk to change cables for the 100C models) as all previous DNAs have been micro, and microUSB does have adequate (2.4A 5V = 12w) capacity - easily enough for a single cell mod. So I had to go out and get a micro USB to type C adapter just for my DNA100C devices. I only buy DNAs now, as a vape exclusively in temperature control and have for years, and nothing comes close to the Escribe DNA chipsets for that, although many have tried. "Tolerable" is the best I could rate any of their TC modes by comparison. I don't deliberately use it to charge, but it does so any time I plug it in to mess with it in Escribe. I also love the Steam Crave Arommizer line, and have ten, in all sizes and various versions, from Supreme to Titan. They have all come from EcigOne as long as they have them in stock or at least some prospect of getting some in stock. Good prices and fast delivery and I have never had to use their customer service, but I don't doubt it is as good as their supply.”
