“This is the third and last time I have bought faulty goods from ecig one. Previously I have had to return the brand new Ursa nano pro 2 and then an elf X - both bought new and both faulty I had to wait a week for a replacement both times until they confirmed that the ecigs were faulty. The prices are good so I ordered another Ursa Nono pro 2, thinking surely this time it would be ok - this one worked for less than a week and now the battery won’t charge, I can’t be bothered to send it back and wait another week to get a replacement so I have purchased elsewhere.”
