“Great customer service and great product. Main problem is only one supplier in USA for this machine. As per EDiamond Tools, very few if any other brand grinding wheels would fit this machine. Machine would be useless if EDiamond Tools stops selling this brand or went out of business or cannot work with them for some reason. Generic circular disc with slight cone shape will not fit either. Not that I would like to use any other grinding discs but what if this EDiamonds is no longer selling this product or goes out of business. This machine is 25% more expensive than other brands available but they have poor customer service.”
