“Purchased several times; ceramic, copper/hybrid, resin. All work as expected, no rogue giant diamonds scratching up the floor like some others do. Decent price, not the cheapest but everything I've bought so far has worked well with good durability. Favorite are the ceramic, long lasting and effective on my Lavina 30GTX. I'd rather not get biweekly phone calls from the rep assigned to me. I block his number and receive calls from a new one. Like everybody, I buy what I want when I want and don't need personal service.”
