“These drill bits are extrememly low quality and absolutely dangerous to use at the suggested rpm.
The drill bit was used in a large floor standing drill press. I set the speed at the recommended 2700 rpm. The drill bit was way out of balance and not true and within less than two seconds the drill bit exploded out of the chuck, shearing the adaptor in half. The drill bit flew with such force it created a substantial dent in some steel shelving. Though very shaken, I tried the second drill bit momentarily turning it on and off. It too had a severe wobble. Then I put my old worn out drill bit back in the chuck and it ran true as expected. Someone is going to get seriously injured using this inferior product. They should be returned to the supplier.”
