“I received an empty box, assumed for ring I was awaiting that they, effy, Andrea, decided to order for me, ignoring my wants, needs, I never okayed or asked for any invoices!! The same day I got email that the above said ring was ordered and would be received in 14 weeks!! Don't enjoy effys humor or unprofessional at all!! Reporting theft as they would not return money and they have my original purchase opal ring and I have nothing but a box!! All emails and texts, along with recorded calls sent to attorney general, have gotten case#, now I wait, deserves 0 stars!!!”
