“This is my second bangle. I liked the first one so much that I wanted a second one. When I received it yesterday, the bottom (the plain silver part) was all scratched. It seems like this bangle was possibly sold previously and returned to your office. I am very disappointed. I have written to customer service for some kind of compensation for an inadequate piece of jewelry. I have purchased MANY Effy pieces and am disappointed that such inadequate quality is sent to a customer. I want to purchase another bracelet but am afraid it will also be inadequate.”
