“Stone fell out the FIRST time I wore it and when I went to the Effy store onboard the cruise line, they said, "Meh, you'll have to mail it to HQ." The wise thing to do would have been "Let us give you a replacement and we will handle returning it to Effy HQ." As it is, after six purchases I will never buy from them again. (Still haven't heard anything regarding pink sapphire ring sent to HQ in December to replace 3 diamonds that fell out in first month)”
