“Feel cheated: Valentine gift purchase - Gemma Emerald, Cognac & White Diamond Earrings value $3.955.00 at sales price $2,955.12 and matching Necklace at $2,044.88. Looked great. But, after only 1-4 hours of wear, one of the earrings fell off and was lost. EFFY gave us a credit of $1477.56 if we returned the one ring and charged us an additional $522.50 for a replacement set. In good faith, we sent them the expensive earring and hoped that they would honor their replacement. However, we were shocked to receive somewhat similar earrings, but of far less quality: Instead of matching the initial 0.92 Tw Round Diamonds, they sent us smaller 0.34 Tw Round Diamonds which were valued at $2000.6, nearly half the value of the initial earrings ($3,955.0).
Bottom line - Our cash investment for the earrings totaled $3,477.62 - as yet we have no resolution with EFFY customer service.”
