“I wanted a piece of jewellery to mark my 40th birthday. I also wanted it to mean something. My daughter’s name is Effy and I couldn’t believe there was a jewellery company called Effy. I chose sapphires as it’s my birth stone but went for yellow as it’s my favourite colour. I absolutely love my ring.”
