Due to popular demand, we were commissioned to manufacture a Sig Heavy Duty Extractor. The quality of steel used to produce Sig's original extractor is made with a low grade steel. If the owner of a Sig GSR fires an extensive amount of rounds, it is likely that the extractor will break. We machined our HD Extractor from tool steel for superior strength and durability. The pin and spring for this extractor are sold separately as a set to go with our extractor. It is recommended to change the pin and spring when changing the extractor. This extractor will work for ALL 1911 SIG models. We are unable to ship this part internationally.

“This was an item that was on backorder. So, I sent the Sig 1911 into the factory for a replacement extractor. But, I wanted to be ready for any other problems: so, I ordered 2 from EGW. I am happy with the speed and service of this company.”

“I was pleasantly surprised after I signed up for an email alert. Originally on backorder I expected to have to wait awhile. Next day or so the email read EGW had one. I ordered right away and it came pretty quick. Still need to install it but that's on me. I'll be a repeat customer down the road. Thanks.”
