Our mag catch button is extended .050" longer than a standard G.I. mag catch.Our standard mag catch will hold the magazine shelf in the normal location. This is a quality heat treated part that will match the cut out on a well-manufactured 1911 frame. The mag catch is checkered for better grip. This part is NOT MIM or CAST. Our mag catches are NOT tapped for buttons. The button on our mag catch is standard GI spec.Mag Catch Spring and Mag Catch Lock are sold seperately.
