“The design of this plunger tube is great and far superior to the original plastic part, but it did require some fitting. Keep in mind this was going on a vintage 1955 Llama 1911 clone, so I should really give this part 5 stars. I had to drill the tube 0.060” deeper because the plunger was not making contact with the slide release. I also had to file off the lower corner near the thumb safety because it interfered with the thumb safety operation. It works great now, so I give it 4.5 stars.”
