“The reason why I will not recommend the Magwell to anyone right now is because on the magazine extenders from Springfield it hits the side before the magazine is seated. You have to really hit the magazine hard to get it to seat. After that it is very difficult to get the magazine release to function properly when ejecting the magazine.”

“I like the product but I had an issue with installation that my be user error, it cut into the grip module removing portions of the track that the magwell rides on. I have to order a new grip module from Springfield unfortunately.”

“the magwell works perfect with the 20 round base pads, no grinding required.. the17 rounder still works fine as well i have never had a company ship a product so quickly, will DEFINITELY be using them in future purchases”

“Had to file down the inside due to factory mags not fitting properly. Great quality and definitely helps but kinda tough when it’s sold as a direct fit for the prodigy.”
