This plug is for the Springfield Prodigy 5". This is for a replacement plug. This plug WILL NOT work with the factory guide rod. It requires our 10505 guide rod and uses a flat wire recoil spring. Warning: This product may be alloyed with trace amounts of lead and other elements which are known to the State of California to cause reproductive harm and cancer. “It’s a must have for anyone wanting to convert to a Flat Wire Recoil Spring setup. I went with a Wilson Combat 13lb Recoil Spring in my Prodigy along with a 0.25” Guide Rod from Wilson Combat. Evolution Gun Works with this product was the only perfect match to what I was looking for and it mates up with the Prodigy 5” like it belongs there. Better than the factory setup by a long shot.”
