This is a drop-in part if your barrel measures .580".Our Thick Flange bushing is machined from solid barstock steel.The flange thickness is .125" which protects the barrel more because it sticks out farther than the spec bushing.Available in Stainless Steel and blued Carbon Steel.Please measure these two areas with calipers to find the sizes you need.Please select your options carefully.Check out our FAQ Section for instructions on how to accurately take these measurements.Angle Bore is bored on an angle or a snug fit (measurements must be precise);Straight Bore is bored straight without variation.When choosing a spring plug, choose the EGW Long Nose Spring Plug for a flush fit!

“It was a drop-in fit, and it was tighter than the orginal bushing. Now I would like to order a custom fit bushings, I have the measurements, but I can't seem to place the order on the website! Any help avialable from a real person? Thanks”

“Not a drop in. Too tight. Forward portion would not fit over barrel. Had to do significant work to achieve a custom fit. Also, shipping time from date of order was slow.”

We're sorry to hear that it wasn't a drop-in, that there was too much tightness, and that the forward portion wouldn't fit over the barrel. This bushing is a drop in part for every gun but will drop in guns with a slide ID of .700-701" and barrel OD of .580"
