This is a drop-in part if your barrel measures .580".Our Carry Bevel bushing is machined from solid barstock steel.The flange thickness is .125" which protects the barrel more because it sticks out farther than the spec bushing.Available in Stainless Steel and blued Carbon Steel.Please measure these two areas with calipers to find the sizes you need.Please select your options carefully.Check out our FAQ Section for instructions on how to accurately take these measurements.Angle Bore is bored on an angle or a snug fit (measurements must be precise);Straight Bore is bored straight without variation.Please allow 3 weeks for custom bored bushings.When choosing a spring plug, choose the EGW Long Nose Spring Plug for a flush fit!

“The bushing was a true drop-in part on my MAC JSOC (Part of the SDS/Tisas family). It isn’t loose or sloppy, but a nice snug fit in the slide, with enough barrel clearance to allow easy movement. I didn’t shoot the pistol before adding the bushing, and a few other parts, but can say it shoots very well now! It dropped those big .45 sleeping pills into a very tight cluster at 10 yards during my function testing. Last but not least, it’s adds a nice touch to an already handsome pistol.”

“After taking measurements with my cheap digital caliper, I ordered the bushing and hoped for the best. The bushing fits beautifully. It is tight to the point of feeling hand fit, yet allows the slide and barrel to move smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better bushing fit. I seriously don’t think hand fitting could have improved the final result. Thank you EWG!!”

“Haven't fired my handgun since receiving the new Bbl. Bushing...but the fit was perfect....droped right in.....good thing I can read a caliper and EGW can machine these to the right tolerances......Good Job.”
