Our Carry Bevel bushing is machined from solid barstock steel.The flange thickness is .125" which protects the barrel more because it sticks out farther than the spec bushing.Available in Stainless Steel and blued Carbon Steel.Gunsmith Fit is available in all O.D.'s with a .568" I.D. Straight Bore.O.D. of the bushing = Inside diameter of your slide - usually .699" - .705";I.D. of the bushing = Outside diameter of your barrel - usually .575" - .583".Please measure these two areas with calipers to find the sizes you need.Please select your options carefully.Please provide exact measurements, as our machinist will allow for clearance.Check out our FAQ Section for instructions on how to accurately take these measurements.Angle Bore is bored on an angle or a snug fit (measurements must be precise);Straight Bore is bored straight without variation.Please allow 3 weeks for custom bored bushings.When choosing a spring plug, choose the EGW Long Nose Spring Plug for a flush fit! “Great way to custom-fit your own parts; and in this case, “accurize” my .400 Cor-Bon, barrel-swap, on my Colt MK IV Series 70. I had a Barsto S/S accurized barrel/bushing ensemble in there, with the expanding, muzzle OD. So, this barrel “tightening” option via the angled bushing was ideal for the new wildcat, G. I. straight barrel. The detail services provided on these parts are always exceptional. Much appreciated! Thanks.”

“perfect fit, very fast ship, said 3 week lead time, had it in a week, turned my 9mm Tisas Stingray 9mm to a 38 super with sig sauer ramped barrel ( about a drop in, had to cut to commander length ) and super magazines. Great fun Project with help from EGW”

“Good measurements on the front end facilitate a great fit. This bushing required only a slight chamfering on the aft end of the bushing...no other dimensional adjustments were made. Great fit to slide and barrel!!”
