Installation & Overview
(Watch our guide on how to properly torque and install your EGW rail).
Unlock the potential of your Savage rimfire. This EGW Picatinny Rail is the modern standard for mounting optics on Savage 93, 93R17, and newer Mark II rifles. Unlike the older, smaller ejection port models, these rifles feature a longer 1-5/8" opening. Our mount is specifically machined to bridge this larger gap without obstructing casing ejection, providing a rigid platform for everything from red dots to high-magnification scopes.
Machined from domestic 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum, this rail allows you to use widely available Picatinny or Weaver rings. The full-length slots give you the flexibility to adjust your scope's position for optimal eye relief, fixing the limitations of the factory two-piece bases often found on these rifles.

Savage 93 & Mark II FAQ
Will this fit my Savage 93R17?
Yes. Almost all Savage 93 and 93R17 rifles (.17 HMR and .22 Mag) use the larger 1-5/8" ejection port, making this the correct mount.
Will this fit my Savage Mark II?
Maybe. Newer Mark II rifles use the same receiver as the 93 (1-5/8" port). Older models use a smaller 1-3/8" port. You MUST measure your ejection port to be sure.
Will this fit the Stevens 300 Series?
Yes, as long as it has the 1-5/8" ejection port, which most Stevens 300 series rimfires do.

This fit perfectly on my Savage MarkII bolt action 22lr. I was not happy with the factory scope so I wanted to replace it with a better scope. As luck would have it the new scope was a little shorter and the scope rings would not line up with the factory installed scope rings due to using two smaller picatinny rails that spanned to ejection port. I was concerned that the ejection port would not line up the cut out on the picatinny rail. It fit like a glove! Thank you!!!!
