Installation & Overview
(Watch our guide on how to properly torque and install your EGW rail).
This rail is not for the average plinker. The 40 MOA Picatinny Rail is a specialized tool designed for Extreme Long Range (ELR) Rimfire competition. When pushing a .22LR or .17 HMR out to 300, 400, or even 500 yards, standard mounts simply run out of adjustment. This aggressive 40 MOA cant provides maximum downward tilt, allowing you to utilize the very bottom of your scope's travel to dial for immense bullet drop.
Machined from domestic 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum, this rail features the larger 1-5/8" ejection port cut-out required for modern Savage 93 and Mark II rifles. It creates a rigid, one-piece bridge over the receiver, providing the stability necessary for precision shots at extreme distances.

Savage 93 & Mark II FAQ
Why choose 40 MOA?
40 MOA is for shooters pushing the absolute limits of the cartridge (300-500 yards). It provides massive elevation travel for compensating for the extreme drop of rimfire bullets at those distances.
Can I zero at 50 or 100 yards with 40 MOA?
Likely NOT. With a 40 MOA cant, most scopes will not have enough internal "down" travel to zero at 50 or even 100 yards. This rail is intended for setups where the *minimum* engagement distance is 150-200 yards.
Will this fit the Stevens 300 Series?
Yes, as long as it has the 1-5/8" ejection port, which most Stevens 300 series rimfires do.
